All structural steel is fabricated in our workshop and is CE compliant with EN 1090 execution 2.

Upon receipt of engineer’s approval, CAM data is feed directly from our in-house drawing office to our computer controlled fabrication facility.

Each member is simultaneously cut and drilled by our technologically advanced drilling line which is capable of utilizing “steel member nesting” to achieve minimum waste of material and hence increase cost efficiency. Identification marks assigned to each member in the drilling process, provide a source of traceability and accountability within the workshop which ensures readily available progress updates to the client at anytime.

On completion of the fabrication each member is rolled on to the next processing stage for coating. Our coating facility is equipped with airless spray technology which makes it possible to achieve even the most demanding coating requirements. We provide a range of coatings application to suit all environmental conditions and can advise our client to the one which will be most effective for them.
